It was amazing. The food was great, the staff were friendly and the service was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to navigate the decks and get from point a to point b. I really reccomend night swimming because no one is there. Our waiters were also incredible, Domingo and Yiqing. All in all, this was an awesome trip and the only bad thing about it was leaving. We stoped at CoCo Cay and all the slides were awesome (except for the lines) and it had a wave pool which had pretty big waves. You should go to the ice scating shows as well. It is really cool to see what those performers could do. Lastly, a very great spot to go is on deck 4 at the rear of the ship. You can see the large wake and it's like white noise. I recomend this trip to everyone and I would LOVE to go back
Embarkation was easy. We checked in and went to buffet to wait on rooms. The room looked clean enough, but the balcony was not swept or the glass partition cleaned. There was no soap in the bathroom initially. We had to ask for it. The AC did not work. It was fixed later. The bed was lumpy so we asked for an additional comforter to lay across the bed. Bring your own electric plug or an all in one plug so your electronic stuff can be charged. Overall, the room was in a good location to access the theatre. Entertainment was ok but told they had technical difficulties most nights. We walked a little distance to go to the dining. Very clean environment and, personal reminders at the entrance of the buffet to wash your. hands. As diamond members, we got 4 complimentary drinks each per day. Food was great.
